SafeWork NSW has recently released another in its series of incident animations. The latest  animation profiles a serious incident, where a worker was handling a metal handrail that came into contact with nearby power lines.

Tragically, he sustained fatal electric shock injuries and a second worker received serious flash burns. The animation highlights what went wrong, what could have been done to prevent the incident occurring and what you can do to stay safe when working near overhead power lines.
